Joy in Abundance

I recently heard some very sad news about someone I knew but didn't really know at all...if you get me. And although it didn't involve me directly, I really reflected on all my interactions with this stranger. Was I kind enough? Did I show that they meant something by looking them in the eye when I spoke to them? We are all in this together whatever it is. I read a quote recently that said, "Spirituality is loving everyone". Everyone should feel, even through their pain, that they are loved.
